After you made the purchase, our system automatically sends out your order confirmation email that comes with the download link to your E-Book. If for some reason you haven't received the email in your inbox, most likely it has gone to your junk/spam folder. Open up the E-Book on your iPhone/iPad, and tap on the 'Share' button.

Then copy to 'Books' app. It is much easier to read the E-Book using the official 'Books' app on your iPhone/iPad, as you can open and close anytime easily and continue where you last read. The app should already be on your iPhone/iPad by default, so you don't need to download it.

Definitely! We only believe in non-violent training techniques. We do not use choke chains, whistles, shock collars, or any other methods that make your puppy fear mistakes. Our techniques are fun and enjoyable for your puppy so he/she will love learning which will allow him/her to learn the fastest way.

10) I have a young puppy, will this work for him/her?
Research indicates that puppies can be trained as young as eight weeks of age, even though they are at a young age their intelligence is mature enough to learn commands yet their stamina may not allow the training sessions to last as long as a more mature dog or puppy.

11) How long can it take to teach puppies new tricks like potty training?
The amount of time it takes a puppy depends on a lot of factors. The puppy's age, attention span, intelligence, as well as distractions, your body language, and mood. We go over what needs to be done to ensure all possible training strategies are used to help your puppy learn commands easier.

With these things taken into account and if you make little to no mistakes in your training, the time it takes to train your puppy will depend on your puppy's intelligence level. The smartest puppies have been proven to understand a trick/command after one repetition, and will remember the command/trick within seconds 95% of the time after that repetition. The least intelligent puppies take 30-40 repetitions before they learn a command and will only be able to react to that trick/command 30% of the time, so likewise it will take 90-120 repetitions before the least intelligent puppies will learn the tricks/commands. With this in mind, the average learning time of puppies is 15-20 repetitions where the puppy will remember the trick 50% of the time.

It is estimated that puppies need to use the bathroom 50-70 times per week, which will allow your puppy to be fully potty trained in 5 days (30-40 repetitions to get above 90% response in your puppy). Older puppies have better bladder control and can focus more on tricks and body language (are less distracted) so with less repetitions they can learn more. If your older puppy needs to go out 25-30 times per week you should be able to potty train your older puppy in 5-7 days.
